Florence Airport:
- Take the A11 Highway (following green signs).
- Exit onto the A1.
- Continue then go South towards Rome.
- Take the 2nd exit towards Firenze Certosa.
- Drive on the SS 2 towards Tavarnuzze (following blue signs). Do not take the superstrada Firenze-Siena.
- Pass through the town of Tavarnuzze until you find, on your right, a crossroad with a little bridge (just after a restaurant called ‘Scopeti‘) and the sign for S. Andrea in Percussina.
- Go up that little road (Via Scopeti) for about 3 km and drive through the small village - S. Andrea in Percussina (on your right you‘ll see the restaurant 'Tavernetta Machiavelli') until you find a stop sign.
- Turn right and you‘ll see Villa Mangiacane ( large terracotta villa) on your right.
- Enter the first driveway on your right - there is a sign 'Fattoria Mangiacane' and statues of Nepolitano mastinos on the gate posts.
From Florence City Centre:
- Drive towards the Certosa passing through the town of Galluzzo.
- When you find the Certosa on your right, continue driving on the main road till you arrive to the entrance of the highway (a big roundabout); do not enter the highway or the superstrada, just go towards Tavarnuzze, following the blue signs.
- Pass through the town of Tavarnuzze until you find, on your right, a crossroad with a little bridge (just after a restaurant called ‘Scopeti‘) and the sign for S. Andrea in Percussina.
- Then, as above.
From Siena:
- Take the Superstrada to Firenze.
- Exit at San Casciano.
- Follow directions to San Casciano.
- Drive through the town of San Casciano.
- Turn left down towards a slip road after the Fiat dealership to S, Andrea in Percussina /Romala, Spedaletto.
- Pass through the small village of Spedaletto.
- Turn left at the crossroad.
- Villa Mangiacane is on your immediate right.
Or:
From Siena:
- Take the Superstrada Siena-Firenze.
- Continue until the Superstrada ends and you are at Firenze-Certosa.
- Drive on the SS 2 towards Tavarnuzze - blue signs - (do not take the superstrada Firenze-Siena).
- Pass through the town of Tavarnuzze until you find, on your right, a crossroad with a little bridge (just after a restaurant called ‘Scopeti‘) and the sign for S. Andrea in Percussina.
- Then, as above.
From Pisa:
- Take the A1 highway towards Roma.
- Exit at Firenze-Certosa.
- Drive on the SS 2 towards Tavarnuzze - blue signs - (do not take the superstrada Firenze-Siena).
- Then, as above.
From Milan:
- Exit the city in the direction of the south, following the direction of the A1 highway (following green signs).
- On the A1, follow the road towards Bologna.
- Once you reach Bologna, go south on the highway, following the signs in the direction of Roma (A1).
- Exit at Firenze Certosa.
- Then, as above.
From Venice:
- Exit the city following the green signs of the A13 Highway towards Padova.
- Once you are in Padova, drive in the direction of Bologna on the A13.
- On the A1 you follow towards Bologna.
- Then, as above.
