Food & Beverages

The Assaggi restaurant inside the hotel is illuminated by f5 large windows overlooking a barrier of greenery. The cuisine is international, but every day it also offers local traditional dishes accompanied by famous Tuscan wines. Banquets and cocktails can be arranged, and there is a seating capacity of 82. Capacity for cocktails: 115. The Assaggi bar is the ideal spot for a relaxing break during the course of the day. It is open every day until midnight.

By Public Transport: From the Station: From Santa Maria Novella Train Station (3 km) there is a free hotel shuttle, or you can take a bus from Piazza Unità towards Novoli, to the Regione Toscana stop. From the Airport: From Amerigo Vespucci Airport (3 km), take the bus toward Novoli to the Regione Toscana stop. There is a free hotel shuttle. By Car: From the motorway: - From the A1 Milano/Roma motorway and the A11 Firenze/Pisa motorway (3 km), exit Firenze Nord, and go towards Novoli.
