Food & Beverages

In an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, Luci della Città Restaurant offers a wide selection of traditional Florentine dishes together with international specialties, accompanied by a great selection of fine wines. The chefs will surprise even the most demanding guests with a choice of delicacies, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Children's menus are available on request. Luci della Città Restaurant is located on the 1st floor and is open for lunch and dinner. On the ground floor there is an American Bar where you can relax in comfortable sofas and lounge chairs. During the summer months you can enjoy an Italian espresso or delicious aperitifs and snacks on the bar’s spacious outdoor terrace. The American Bar is open from 10:00 until 01:00. Get an excellent start to your day with freshly-squeezed orange juice and your choice of fresh foods from the rich breakfast buffet. You can choose from a wide variety of bread, cereal, seasonal fruit, fruit juices and yoghurt. Alternatively, for those preferring salty foods, you can choose from a fine selection of cold meats, fish and cheeses. The breakfast room is open Monday-Friday, from 7:00 until 10:00, and until 11:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 4.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 4.00 per hour. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
