The Palace Bar is open from 18:00 to 24:00. During winter drinks are served in the Salon and during summer on the Roof-Top-Terrace. The Palace will provide a light complimentary supper in the suite for guests that arrive after 21:30. The Palace's room service offers several dishes that are served in the suite. On request private dinners with private butler can be organized in the suite or on the roof-top terrace with a stunning view over Florence.

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
