Food & Beverages

Our restaurant has a varied menu offering choice for all guests. There is also the lounge/bar area should you require something less formal, and a room service menu should you wish to stay in your room and relax.

Smoking rooms are available on request. A credit card is required on check-in.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 6.00 per hour. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 8.95 per person.  Buffet breakfast is not included and costs GBP 12.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
