Food & Beverages

The hotel offers smoking and non-smoking breakfast rooms. There, you start the day with a comprehensive breakfast buffet. Our 24-hours coffee-tea-bar is daily available to our guests free of charge, which includes also mineral water (with or without gas).

Please note that special regulations apply on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Check-in is possible from 08:00 until 10:00 and from 18:00 until 20:00, or as previously arranged. Check-out operations end at 10:00. Breakfast is served from 08:00 until 10:00. Outside the listed hours, you can check in via the hotel's key-safe-check-in system. Kindly request the code before embarking on your holiday.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
