The Residence consists of: • 9 Apartments with one double bedroom • 8 Apartments with two double bedrooms • 1 Penthouse All the apartments have a single or double sofa bed in the lounge, with fully equipped kitchen,with fridge, electric cooking, utensils and cutlery. All of the apartments have satellite TV, and individually controllable central heating. The private balconies vary from 36 square feet to 630 square feet, according to the apartments. The first floor is 10 yards high of the ground, giving extra privacy and panoramic views from the private terraces of each apartment. The main post office, supermarket, shops and boutiques, bars and typical restaurants, bank and car rent are all within walking distance. The train station is within a very short walking distance. All the flats have private bathroom with box-shower, hair-dryer, bath linen and toilette accessories. All the flats are provided with bedroom and bathroom linen and every 3 days we make the cleaning and the change of the linen. At disposal of the clients, is supplied a laundry-room fully equipped with washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron. Self services free of charge. At disposal of the clients a large underground garage with direct access by lift to the floors.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 1.00 per hour.

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
