Area information At the day of your arrival, you will get the free KONUS-Card. This is a ticket which allows you to travel with all the public transports of Southern Black Forest for free. Travel information By train: Long-distance connection to Freiburg main station, there you change to a train of the Dreiseenbahn towards Seebrugg. Your destination is "Altglashütten-Falkau". Of course we can collect you from the station if you wish. By car: Arrival via motorway A5, exit 62 in Freiburg-Mitte. There you follow the course of the street towards Titisee-Neustadt. After the exit Neustadt-West turn right towards Feldberg. In Bärental drive onto the mainroad B500 towards Altglashütten.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board is not included and costs EUR 14.50 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 22.50 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
