All rooms are recently-refurbished and unique, boasting wide-screen TVs, DVD and CD players, as well as a host of modern amenities. All are en suite. Free use of the spa facilities, excluding treatments, is included in the room rate.

The hotel offers the highest standards of hospitality and service, complemented by excellent, award-winning food and wine. To stimulate your appetite, our Chef prepares a range of original English dishes that are enhanced with imaginative and delicate sauces and served in the stunning new restaurant. Brandshatch Place has now been officially graded as a four star hotel and has been awarded two AA rosettes for exceptional cuisine.

From July 2007, the hotel will be completely non-smoking, including the guest rooms.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
