Comprising of 51 bedrooms, five conference rooms and a fully equipped health and leisure centre Frensham Pond Hotel provides every facility to ensure that your stay is restful, productive, memorable and enjoyable.

Food & Beverages

Please note that on most Fridays and Saturdays we will be the venue for a wedding reception. If a wedding is taking place, our main restaurant overlooking the pond will be unavailable for dinner but an alternative dining area will be used for our residents. This however will not overlook the pond.

Please note during the Farnborough Air Show period. We would like to advise clients in advance at the time of booking that pre - payment will be taken off the credit card provided.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 8.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
