The Lerryn Hotel

In an ideal location for discovering this part of Cornwall, very much appreciated, the hotel was built in 1909 as a birthday gift for the daughter of the builder. Visitors appreciate the hotel is family-run and near Castle Beach, valued throughout, yet only an 8-minute walk to town and close to the castle, docks, stations and all amenities. We have a 2-star quality rating awarded by Visit Britain. Its original name was 'The Wrekin'. Room 2 is a large twin room and wheelchair friendly, very much appreciated, with a roll-in shower facility and adjustable seat in the shower cubical, suitable for wheelchair users. Many of our 20 bedrooms have sea views, valued throughout, whilst 2 ground floor rooms are provided for less able guests. Please note that we are a non-smoking establishment. We also have a ramped access for guests with mobility problems. Pets are accepted by prior arrangement.

Rooms

Many rooms offer views of the sea, with some also having a balcony. All rooms provide a variety of convenient facilities, including Wi-Fi internet. Please see individual room details for a complete list of facilities available in each room. The rooms are situated on the ground,first and second floors.All are en suite with bath,toilet, handbasin or shower,toilet,handbasin.The rooms are centrally heated,with colour tv having 7 channels, radio/alarm, drink making facilities and hair dryer.Some have a balcony. Most have views of Falmouth Bay. Three rooms have access to their own sea view balcony (but command a supplementary charge). The remaining rooms look over the rear of the hotel.

Food & Beverages

We offer a 4-course table d'hôte and beverages each evening. We serve English dishes. We also provide every evening a supper time special which costs GBP 11. Our menus offer a variety of choices with food prepared by our chef who can cater confidently for vegetarians and guests with special dietary needs. We are licensed and can provide packed lunches at GBP 4 per person. Breakfast is served from 07:30 until 09:00. Dinner is served from 18:30 until 20:00.

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
