We are conveniently located for all the sights of Rhodes Island, very much appreciated, with Rhodes city 8 miles away. In a peaceful area of Faliraki Beach, valued throughout, a mile away from the Central Square, you will find these studios in clean and beautiful surroundings. The studios are nicely furnished with all the modern conveniences. Moving to the south part of the island, and above all, within 20 miles, you can find Afandou golf course, Valley of the Butterflies, and the ancient castle and traditional village of Lindos. You can laze around the swimming pool, very much appreciated, or you can enjoy a refreshing cocktail at our bar while watching your favourite football club or soap on our satellite TV. You can relax in a pleasant outdoor cafe bar, valued throughout, mini-market and a swimming pool with pool bar is only 15 metres away.

The spacious and tastefully furnished studios sleep up to 4 people. There are 10 studios for 2 people and 10 studios for 3 people. Each houses either 2 or 3 single beds. A family studio is also available with 2 single sofa beds and a separate double bedroom. Cots can be provided upon request free of charge (subject to availability).

On your doorstep is our very own John Mary's supermarket, stocking just about everything you might need during your stay. There is also a shopping centre. Within just a few minutes walk from the studios, you will find many restaurants offering a delicious spectrum of Greek and international cuisines, as well as cafes and bars. In our snack bar we serve an English or continental breakfast and small meals all day long. In the evening, you can taste John’s special cocktails and even enjoy ouzo in a friendly atmosphere.

Area information Rhodes’ old town and its harbours are only 14 km from the property, easily accessible by car or by bus with stops close to the studios. Travel information By Plane: Rhodes Diagoras International Airport is located about 15 km from the property. A taxi service is available at the airport. By Sea: There are daily ferry services connecting the Athens port of Piraeus to the Madraki harbour of Rhodes town. A bus line runs frequently from the town centre to Faliraki resort, stopping only 50 metres from the property. Taxis are easily found at the end of the wharf.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 3.00 per person. Full English breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
