If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further child from 0 to 12 years is charged EUR 25.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Up to two older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.
