The hotel’s 7 conference / banqueting rooms, capable of seating between 8 and 280 people, are all equipped with the very latest in presentation technology. The hotel has Wi-Fi internet access, which guests can connect to through their laptop. (Cost: EUR 11 for 2 hours. EUR 22 for 24 hours).

Food & Beverages

After a busy day of conferences guests can sit back and relax with a cold pint in the hotel’s beer garden or sample something less alcoholic on the hotel’s garden terrace. In the evening, guests can relax with a cocktail in the hotel bar. Both the beer garden and bar are open until 01:00. The hotel boasts several restaurants, with dining options to suit a wide array of tastes. The Waldrestaurant serves traditional Bavarian, international and vegetarian cuisine. For lighter fare, guests can visit Bauernstube or Jägerstube, which offer Franconian specialties. (Kitchen open 18:00 to 22:00)

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 11.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 16.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
