The 4-star residence, Eza Vista, opened in May 2006, and is located in Eze Village, on the Moyenne Corniche between Nice and Monaco. 48 apartments, from studios to 2-bedroom apartments are available to welcome from 2 to 6 people.

Food & Beverages

A continental buffet breakfast is served from 07:00 to 11:00 in the breakfast room.

The reception is open from 07:00 to 20:00 from November to March and 07:00 to 22:00 from April to October. Please inform the hotel if you intend to arrive outside the hotel's opening hours.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 8.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 11.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
