Rooms

All rooms are well furnished and fitted out with en suite bathrooms. Please note: we are a timeshare hotel, thus bookings may be subject to room changes/adjustments. Guests will be notified if any changes are needed. The caterers of the hotel are a franchise and request that any items of food and drink, with the exception of breakfast be paid directly when taken as there is no facility to add this onto the hotel's room account.

Hotel details

It also boasts a superb indoor pool, spa, gymnasium, steam room, sauna, snooker room and outdoor all-weather tennis court. In the summer, there is also an outdoor pool, putting lawn and croquet lawn. Towels for the leisure department can be hired from reception at a nominal cost. It is requested that towels from the room are not used. Saturday check-in is at 4pm, but full usage of the leisure facilities are at guests' disposal. Rooms may be available from 2pm on weekdays and a 'Left Luggage' facility is available for early arrivals so that the town and seafront can be explored.

Food & Beverages

Avenues, the catering department of the hotel, offer a wide range of food and drink. The caterers of the hotel are a franchise and request that any items of food and drink, with the exception of breakfast, be paid directly when taken as there is no facility to add this onto the hotel's room account. The restaurant gets very busy in the evening so booking in advance is recomended.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 4.50 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
