Food & Beverages

We are able to offer a packed lunch for any guest (at an additional cost) which includes a sandwich, yogurt, fruit and packet of crisps.

The Red House is more than happy to accept a late check-in, although there will be a charge of 5 GBP per every hour after 23:00. Late check-out is also available upon request. Please ensure that you enter a mobile telephone number on the booking form - this is essential in case the hotel needs to contact you. All bedrooms are non-smoking.

Internet via modem is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All further older children or adults are charged GBP 32.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
