The restaurant aims to use the highest quality, fresh local produce and all food is prepared and cooked to order. So if it is somewhere to relax on a leather sofa with a latte and newspaper, have a refreshing beer while watching live sport on Sky TV or enjoying a traditionally prepared meal; the Exeter Court Hotel bar and restaurant can meet all your needs. As well as 63 en suite bedrooms, we also have 5 conference rooms and can cater for corporate events, civil wedding ceremonies, private parties or even one-to-one interviews. The Exeter Court Hotel is ideally positioned to accommodate all your needs. Located just one mile south of the end of the M5 motorway, the hotel is set within its own landscaped gardens and offers free private parking. Excellent communication links by road, rail and air are supplemented by a registered helicopter landing pad in the hotel grounds. The Exeter Court Hotel is committed to both the local and national business economy and welcomes all enquiries. Reception is open between 07:00 and 23:00 daily.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 4 to 14 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
