Reception Opening Hours: NOTE : The Reception is not open the 24 hours! Please note that the reception is closed on Wednesdays and closes at 7 pm on all the other days of the week; if you plan on arriving for check-in past 7 pm or on a Wednesday, please contact the hotel reception before your day of arrival in order to find out about the procedure to follow for check-in. Car Park: Please note that the hotel features a free outside car park as well as a covered car park that costs EUR 9 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.65 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
