Food & Beverages

Dine in splendour in the classically restored, award-winning restaurant. The new executive chef Steven Titman, lately of the White Barn Inn, Kennebunkport in the usa (regularly voted one of the top ten hotel restaurants) and ably assisted by the skilled David Williams, is already hard at work building a reputation for superb cuisine and fine and rare wines, that will spread for many a country mile.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
