The hotel has the following restaurants. La Pergola offers a snack-bar service from 11:00 until 19:00 La Piramide offers an à la carte menu and buffet meals from 19:30 until 22:30. The Kiosk Tropical is located beside the pool and offers fast food, drinks and ice creams. Opening times vary according to the season. Times can change without prior notice, depending on the season.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 37.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
