The estate is dedicated to the cultivation of the pine trees, very much appreciated, some fruit orchards, palm trees, gardens, foot paths and woodland. Situated to the north of the fishing town of Ericeira. Each apartment has a capacity for 4 people and has 1 double bedroom, highly regarded, one living room with kitchenette, 2 individual sofa beds, bathroom and a balcony with panoramic views. The area dedicated to the tourism, and above all, contains four independent apartments with central heating, garden, swimming pool, bar barbecue.
