Erfurt has a history as a first-class address for meetings and conferences. Even Napoleon I met Russia's Tsar at the "Congress of Erfurt". Today, the historical building accommodates 3 function rooms which can be variably combined as required, with space for 130 people and a wonderful view of the Kraemer Bridge. The stunning location in Erfurt’s beautiful old town centre opens up a host of possibilities for leisure and incentives!

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 37.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
