Cancellation policy

In case of a cancellation by the customer, for some reason that it is, a prepayment will not be refunded. Any cancellation must be notified immediately and written (letter or fax). In case of cancellation in the 30 days before the date of arrival, the totality of the amount of the hiring will be charged. SA Durbuy Adventure reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event of cause beyond control.
