At the weekend, the hotel reception is only open from 07:30 until 14:30. If the reception is not occupied when you arrive, you can use the hotel’s Digibox (check-in machine). Following reservation, please ask the hotel for a code for the Digibox. Contact information will be provided in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
