Situated on the Avenue de Champagne (named in the past “Le Faubourg de la Folie” referring to the rich properties around) the Villa Eugène is also in the middle of a park, inviting you to relax, idle and discover curiosities worth seeing. Concerned by the environment, Villa Eugène pays special attention to renewable energy use. Hot water production is partly assured by solar panels and the central heating regulated by heating pump (VRV).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
