The hotel has 77 tastefully decorated rooms and apartments. Upon request, you can book a room with a view over the valley. For this, we charge an extra EUR 12.50 per room per night.

If exploring the hills at South Limburg and walking or cycling through the river valley aren’t your ideal activities, take a swim in the indoor pool, enjoy the jacuzzi, solarium and sauna. Or, simply sit in the garden or on the terrace, sip something cold from the bar and admire the tranquil view. The fine setting is an ideal location for an important business meeting or conference. Nine multifunctional rooms offer modern business facilities, for meetings or receptions seating up to 200 people. Spend an evening in historic Maastricht or dine at the hotel’s restaurant, Le Montagnard.

Food & Beverages

Enjoy a continental breakfast in the Burgundian atmosphere of the Le Montagnard restaurant, with its magnificent view of the Geuldal. The warm and friendly Bis Luts bar provides an ambiance characteristic of Limburg hospitality; the perfect place for an aperitif or nightcap. Two finely appointed banquet rooms accommodating up to 120 persons, are available for catered receptions, dinners and special events.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
