The comfortable and beautifully furnished apartments are spaciously laid out and boast a marvellous view. Each consists of a living room, fully-equipped kitchen, one to 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with either shower or bath tub, a guest toilet as well as a balcony or terrace. Apartments with bidet are subject to availability.

Well-being and relaxation are important factors at Apparthotel Tom Sojer. Unwind in the wellness area, equipped with sauna and fitness room, or enjoy - for a small charge - the solarium, thermarium, whirl pool or steam grotto.

Please note that you can only check-in and check-out on Saturdays. All public areas and guest rooms are accessible to people with disabilities. The final cleaning (EUR 41 for an apartment for 2 people, EUR 49 for an apartment for 4 people, and EUR 54 for an apartment for 6 people) will be charged directly at the hotel.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 4.00 per hour.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 89 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 14 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per child under 14 years.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per child under 6 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 2 to 4 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 24.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
