Area information The area around Egmond aan Zee offers many possibilities to make your holiday a special one. First of all there's the beach, just 50 meters away from our apartments. Our characteristic centre with several restaurants, bars, terraces, supermarkets and special little stores. The dunes, where you can follow several hiking trails. Just 8 kilometers outside of the Egmond aan Zee there is the old and famous cheese city Alkmaar. Also just a few kilometers outside of Egmond aan Zee is the artist village of Bergen with its many galeries.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.35 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2.
