If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 4 to 12 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
