All rooms have a visitors’ information pack, and are cleaned and replenished daily with an emergency bathroom kit.

Food & Beverages

As we are a bed and breakfast only, you can expect a choice of continental breakfast, or a full, wholesome English breakfast. A vegetarian option is available. There are a lot of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and takeaways within walking distance.

Payment Information: Payment is due on arrival. Please note that all cards are subject to a 2.5% transaction fee. This fee is also added to the deposit taken at the time of booking.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
