You must go to the retail shop, Marchbrae, at 375 High Street, and ask for the apartment staff who will then check you in. Please note that the apartments are in several different locations around the city. Please check the descriptions of the individual apartments for details. Payment Information: Please note that American Express is not accepted by the apartments.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 10.00 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
