All properties have comfortable beds with linen and towels provided. Some of our properties are studio apartments in which living and sleeping areas are combined. All of our apartments have private bathrooms with a powerful shower. Our fully fitted kitchens include utensils, a toaster, a stove and a microwave. Most of our properties have a separate lounge area, while some studios have living and sleeping areas combined. Futon beds are available to accommodate extra guests in many apartments. Many apartments have complimentary Wi-Fi access while the internet, a telephone, a fax and a safe are all available at our central office. These services may incur additional charges.

We offer apartments in and around Scotland’s capital, which are a real alternative to a hotel room. Run on a hotel basis with a minimum one night stay, we offer 3 and 4-star accommodation in a choice of locations across the city. Enjoy the freedom and flexibility of your own apartment for the same price as a hotel room. Your apartment will be allocated on arrival and can be any of our apartments across Edinburgh. We have apartments around the world-famous Royal Mile, including the Grassmarket area. We also have apartments in the Edinburgh New Town as well as in the ongoing New Western Harbour Development (about 4 km from city centre). No specific location can be guaranteed. Whether you are here on business, with the family, here to party with friends or just for a romantic city break, we will endeavor to cater for your preferred location on request.

Payment Information: The following additional charges apply for payments made using credit cards: MasterCard and Visa: 1.5%; American Express: 3.5%. Please note that these charges are non-refundable. There is no charge for payments made using a debit card. Edinburgh Apartments offers a complimentary luggage storage facility before check-in. At check-out there will be a charge for this service. Edinburgh Apartments does not offer parking. Guests can park at one of the nearby NCP car parks, which offer a security parking place. Some apartments do have complimentary parking - please contact Edinburgh Apartments if this is required. All apartments are strictly non-smoking, and there can be some noise in apartments located in the city centre. Please remember that no specific location can be guaranteed with varied locations across Edinburgh; you could find yourself located on the Royal Mile, in the Grassmarket area, Edinburgh New Town or the New Western Harbour Development. Please note that some of the apartments are located in historical buildings and that there is no lift. Guests who have mobility problems are kindly asked to inform Edinburgh Apartments of this when booking.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
