The hotel’s Bacchus restaurant offers a stylish, intimate eating space and food that is fresh, organic, and locally sourced wherever possible. The cuisine draws upon seasonal influences to provide an eclectic, yet satisfyingly familiar, palate.

Early arrivals and late departures: If your arrival is early in the day and you would prefer to have immediate access to your room, the hotel recommends reserving also for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel. We reserve the right to refuse bookings made for connected parties of 4 or more persons. Please note that this is a historic Grade-A listed townhouse over 5 floors, without an elevator.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs GBP 20.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
