Every room has Egyptian cotton bed linen, complimentary shoeshine, complimentary water on turn down, a complimentary newspaper and luxurious toiletries and bathroom products from Cowshed. Each room also includes an Edinburgh Monopoly board and a personal safe to fit a laptop. All rooms also have a privacy hatch, to avoid room-service intrusion, 24-hour room service, a private bar, voicemail, broadband internet access and a modem connection point.

The Scotsman Spa and Health Club has 7 spacious treatment rooms, including one couples' treatment room. There is also a 16-metre indoor swimming pool, a fully equipped gym and fitness area, an aerobics studio, a tropicarium, arctic and tropical showers, a sauna, a steam room and personal trainers.

Food & Beverages

Guests booking breakfast at the time of the reservation will be eligible for a reduced cost. Please note that all breakfasts ordered on the premises will be charged at local rates.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 8.00 per hour.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
