Apartments include many facilities. A baby cot and high-chair can be added on request, as can extra beds (at an additional cost). Some apartments have a washing machine, and a DVD library is available at the central office. Free Wi-Fi is available in every room. Benefit from express check-out, and full service once every 7 days. There is no allocated parking for the apartments. Car park available on street, pay and display. The apartments are located on 50 Broughton Road, please pick up the key at Queen Street before you go to the apartment.

New Town Apartments offer a real alternative to a hotel room. Run on a hotel basis with a minimum one night stay, they offer you the freedom and flexibility of your own apartment for the same price as a hotel room. Centrally located and within easy access of Edinburgh’s most popular attractions, New Town apartments are ideally suited for individuals and couples. Please ask at reception for the DVD library. Late check-outs are arranged from the Queen Street office, prior to arrival or with the concierge at check-in. There is a fee for this service. The latest check-out time is 14:00. Complimentary luggage storage is available prior to check-in at the head office in Queen Street.

Food & Beverages

The apartments are close to reliable and frequent bus routes into the City Centre and guests can take advantage of some fantastic bars and restaurants on nearby Broughton Street. Alternatively, with a large supermarket just around the corner, rustle up a culinary delight in the comfort of your own apartment.

Check-In Information: Check-in and key collection is from 15:00 onwards from our head office located at 6 Queen Street, New Town, Edinburgh, EH2 1JE. Please note that this is only the location of the offices and that you will be supplied with the directions and keys to your apartment on arrival at this address. Concierge is available from 08:00 to 20:00 Disabled Facilities: Guests with restricted mobility are kindly asked to make us aware of this when booking, so an appropriate apartment can be allocated. There is no lift in the building. Payment information: Credit card charges: Master Card and Visa: 1.5% American Express: 3.5% There is no charge for payments made by debit card. Please note that these charges are non-refundable.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
