All of the charming, comfortable rooms are well equipped with all the modern comforts and facilities you need in a restful, relaxing base, including flat-screen TVs. Each room is attractive, tastefully decorated and well appointed, with large fluffy bath towels and crisp white sheets. Every room has an en suite bathroom with a power shower. Sandaig........ The perfect place to unwind, superb Victorian guest house in Edinburgh, situated over looking historic Leith Links park (where the original rules of golf were made). We are 10 minutes from Edinburgh city centre and within walking distance to the Waterfront" - where you will find the Royal Yacht Britannia, Ocean Terminal and the Scotland Office. Superb 4 star accommodation that is warm and welcoming with tasteful surroundings. All rooms are non smoking with en-suite shower facilities. Some rooms have king , super-king, four-poster or sleigh beds.

Sandaig Guest House request that, when booking, you provide an arrival time and a contact telephone number (mobile preferred). This is because the guest house is not staffed 24 hours a day and may need to contact you with an access code. In addition please note that upon receipt of your booking, your credit/debit card details will be charged with the first nights accommodation.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
