An estimated time of arrival is required; on the day of arrival we ask that you call us one hour before you are due to arrive at the apartment to arrange a more accurate time. Contact details will be provided on the confirmation email. Also please note that your credit card card details are only taken to secure the booking and will only be charged in the event of no-show or late cancellation. We only accept cash or cheques for payment on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
