Guests can also enjoy complimentary use of Yu Time, Japanese inspired leisure facilities, with Technogym and O-zone pool, situated at the nearby Apex International Hotel, just a few yards along the road. A range of conferencing and events facilities are on offer within the hotel, ranging from one-to-one meetings, to a 100 strong reception within 3 conference rooms.

Food & Beverages

Set in the shadows of Edinburgh Castle, Agua Restaurant and Bar in the Apex City Hotel is a seafood restaurant, complete with a chic Crustacea bar. One of only a few in Edinburgh,the Crustacea Bar offers fresh, quality seafood and shellfish in the cool, stylish surroundings that Apex Hotels are well known for. During dinner, guests can order Crustacea dishes from the menu or select their own mix of oysters, north Atlantic shell-on prawns, pickled mussels, cockles and pickled herrings from the bar.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 9.50 per person.  Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 12.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
