Location is on the leafy south side of city centre near to many local amenities including the Royal Commonwealth swimming pool, highly regarded, University, as well as Holyrood Park and Palace and the Edinburgh Castle. Thrums is constructed from two large Georgian houses; many of the rooms retaining fine period features and are all tastefully decorated to a high standard. Comfortable and spacious en suite rooms, very much appreciated, guests lounge, internet access and secure private car park within large rear gardens. To see Edinburgh at its best it is advisable to leave the car in our private car park. Please be aware that The Thrums doesn't have a lift. We treat our guests to the ultimate in Scottish hospitality to make your stay in Edinburgh as pleasant and memorable as can be.
