A continental breakfast is served daily (07:30 - 09:00) in the sunny dining room, which faces out onto Leith Links. A selection of cereals, fruit juices, yoghurts and fresh fruits are also available.

Payment Information: The hotel requires full payment upon arrival. Major credit cards are accepted, though a 2% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions. There is no charge made for debit cards.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
