Number Ten Hotel

Because of the historic nature of the property all the rooms are individual in size and in design, very much appreciated, some traditional and others modern, but all are luxurious and comfortable. This City Centre Boutique hotel is a grade A listed building just off Charlotte Square. We offer our guests a Bar and restaurant and access to a Leisure Club. The location, and above all, although in the City Centre is in an exclusive residential pocket of the New Town and therefore very quiet at night.

Cancellation policy

First night deposit, non-refundable Terms & Conditions Payment for Hotel Reservations All reservations must be secured with a credit card at the time of booking. The cost of the first night’s accommodation is taken in advance and is non-refundable. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Switch. The address provided must be the billing or statement address of the credit card. Refunds, Cancellations & Revisions: Our cancellation policy is notice to be given 72 hours prior to proposed arrival (deemed to be at 14.00hrs).‘No-shows’ at the hotel are subject to the first night room charge due to the Number Ten Hotel. The Hotel shall automatically cancel all additional nights’ stay in the event of a no-show, and will attempt to sell the room(s) to other parties. Should it not be possible to re-sell the rooms in such circumstances, the guest shall be liable to pay for the subsequent nights’ accommodation, in addition to the first night. Relocation / Overbooking Disclaimer We do not anticipate being oversold, and use our best efforts to avoid this circumstance, and any inconvenience to our clients should this situation arise. However, in the event of an oversold situation, we shall relocate a client to accommodation of a comparable or better standard (if it is available) at no additional charge to the client. We accept no liability for any extra expenses arising out of such events. We cannot accept liability for incidents which occur outwith our control. Restrictions Weekend stays: Two night stay minimum, other than in exceptional circumstances. Easter, Christmas & New Year, Rugby Dates & Highland Show: Four night minimum stay, other than in exceptional circumstances. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
