With free on-street parking, very much appreciated, the house is a 10-minute bus ride from Edinburgh city centre. The friendly the hotel has en suite rooms with free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Buses 25 and 12 stop outside the hotel every 10 minutes. From the the hotel you can walk to the Ocean Terminal and Royal Yacht Britannia. Front-facing rooms have views of the Leith Links Park, very much appreciated, where the first rules of golf were made. It is a short ride to Princes Street. Bars and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk.
