The hotel has 17 rooms; all are non-smoking and are equipped with en suite shower rooms. The rooms have single or double beds. Please note that hairdryers and iron/ironing board are available on request from the reception.

A complimentary full Scottish breakfast is served daily.

Minimum booking for following periods: - New year - 3 nights stay (between 29 Dec - 02 Jan) - August Festival Weekends - min 3 nights stay - Rugby weekend matches- 3 nights stay ( applies to date in Feb & march & April - All weekends minimum 2 nights stay.

Free private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.
