The hotel has 17 rooms; all are non-smoking and are equipped with en suite shower rooms. The rooms have single or double beds. Please note that hairdryers and iron/ironing board are available on request from the reception.

Food & Beverages

A continental breakfast is served daily and includes a selection of fresh juices, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cereals and toast, along with teas and coffees. Full Cooked Scottish breafast is available at £7.50 per person, this needs to be booked on arrival at the hotel.

The hotel will add an additional cost to all payments made by credit/debit card.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.
