There is a range of rooms suitable for all needs, from a single room to a deluxe family room. The bedrooms are equally a haven of luxury, all are beautifully furnished and in addition to full en- suite facilities, are equipped with colour tv, direct dial telephone, and tea/coffee hospitality tray. Some rooms enjoy magnificent views across to the extinct volcano of Arthur's Seat. Bedrooms are Served daily. Guests have their own front door key, to come and go as they please. Luxury bed room at the Ground Floor for the disabled, Accessibility Category 3as awarded under the National Accessible Scheme. All of our rooms are furnished and decorated to the highest standard, ensuring a comfortable stay. Please see individual room details for a complete list of the facilities on offer.

Hotel details

Please state your estimated time of arrival at time of booking. The International Guest House will levy a 5% surcharge for payments made by credit card. The guest house does not accept American Express or Diners Club (not as a payment nor guarantee for the room). Every effort will be made to allocate the rooms according to your choice. Rooms cannot be guaranteed (especially in the high season) except for the Comfort Room, where guests should state if they are disabled or have walking difficulties.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
