One Spa offers guests the ultimate in luxury with: 19 multi-purpose treatment rooms; a 19-metre swimming pool; state-of-the-art gym and fitness studios and a carefully designed Thermal Suite with an impressive variety of holistic heat experiences including: an aroma grotto, rock sauna, bio-sauna, tepidarium, laconium and hammam. Unique to ‘One’ is the outdoor hydro-pool: a stainless steel pool cut into the rooftop of the building with a cedar plank curved rear wall, accessed by swimming from the indoor hydro-pool. Dramatically lit at night, the 35ºC salt water evaporates into a soft mist in the air above the pool creating an unforgettably relaxing and romantic image. An elegant, spacious lounge bar, The Exchange Bar is as welcoming for afternoon tea as it is for a wee dram in the wee hours. Check-in: The hotel requires a security deposit (either photo ID and credit card, or cash) at check-in. One Spa: To use the thermal suite or rooftop hydro-pool, you should reserve them before arrival. Children (under 16) must be accompanied by an adult and can only access the swimming pool between 15:00 and 17:00 (weekdays) or between 08:30 and 09:30 (weekends). Children cannot use the gym, the Cleopatra Baths, the hydro-pool or the thermal suite.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs GBP 6.00 per hour.

Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 9.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 16.00 per person.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 19.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs GBP 19.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
