25 miles south of Princes Street and on a main bus route to Edinburgh city centre. The friendly and welcoming the hotel has free parking and is about 1. Rear bedrooms enjoy superb views towards Salisbury Crags and Arthur's Seat. Clients appreciate the hotel is on the A7, and above all, but is quiet and peaceful to the rear. The rooms are of a high standard and have free Wi-Fi There are many golf courses close to the hotel, very much appreciated, and Holyrood Park is nearby. The Victorian house serves a full Scottish breakfast and offers a good breakfast menu.
