Please note that the small diving pool in the spa centre will be closed until late March 2010. Between 24 December 2009 and 10 January 2010 the hotel restaurant will be closed after breakfast. However even during this period, breakfast will still be available at the regular times (between 06:00 and 10:00 from Mondays to Fridays, and between 06:30 and 10:30 on Saturdays and Sundays).

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 13 to 17 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
