Our bedrooms are extremely spacious, with en-suite facilities and are equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. All front bedrooms face towards the famous Devonshire Park Tennis Courts, whilst our rear facing rooms overlook the Victorian Wilmington Gardens and to the South Downs in the distance.

The Devonshire Park Hotel is an elegant Victorian property located in one of the finest positions in Eastbourne. In the heart of Eastbourne’s Cultural and Theatre district - opposite Devonshire Park and The Congress Theatre - the hotel is only a short walk to the shopping centre, and just 150m from the main promenade, with easy access to all local tourist attractions. The Hotel offers a modern and contemporary feel throughout, and is furnished with maximum comfort in mind. Our bedrooms are extremely spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit, and our two lounges offer a relaxed atmosphere in which to socialise or to simply relax with a good book. All front rooms overlook the famous Devonshire Park International Tennis Centre, whilst our rear rooms look over the Victorian Wilmington Gardens and to the South Downs in the distance.

Food & Beverages

Our Food is Traditional English Cuisine at its best; a Full English Breakfast and Cold Buffet to start the day and a Five Course Evening Meal are served in our Spacious Restaurant. Light lunches are available daily and served in the Bar or alfresco in the Front Garden. On Sundays we also offer a selection of Roast Lunches served in the Restaurant. All food is sourced locally and prepared fresh each day offering excellent quality, and variety of choice at all meals. Evening meals are available- prices vary. Breakfast: 8am - 9.30am Evening Meal: 6pm - 8pm

Children under the age of 12 years are accepted under discretion of the hotel. A computer with internet access is available in the hotel lounge for guests use. Extra beds are available in some hotel rooms- please contact the hotel to confirm.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 12 years are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
