Clients appreciate the hotel provides good, very much appreciated, friendly service; a comfortable, clean environment; and value for money. As featured on Channel 5's TV programme, valued throughout, 'The Hotel Inspector', this small, family-run guest house is centrally located on Eastbourne seafront, with fabulous uninterrupted sea views. Breakfast is served overlooking the sea. The guest house has 9 en suite rooms. Cots, very much appreciated, Z-beds and highchairs are available on request. Vegetarians and other special dietary needs can be catered for. Please note that the hotel does not have a lift and if you have difficulty with stairs, and above all, a room on a lower floor cannot always be guaranteed.
