All comfortable bedrooms include a hospitality tray, heated towel rails and a data port connection. Please see individual room details for a complete list of facilities on offer. Please note all of the bedrooms are non-smoking, and many have views of Eastbourne's beautiful coastline.

Hotel details

A secure wireless network for all wireless enabled laptops/ PDAs is free of charge for residents of the hotel. The hotel’s entry ramp ensures easy access for disabled guests using wheelchairs and electric scooters.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 10.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
